How shipping is handled at PCnC Automation.

We have 3 methods of shipping detailed below :

1. We provide you with all the dimensions and weights of the machine and you contact your shipping company and you make all the arrangements for shipping. We will crate the machine and load on truck at no charge to you. ( this is the preferred method of shipping )

2. You contact our shipping company ( Dana DeGuire ddeguire@kochlogistics.com or 817-909-3945 ) and make your shipping arrangements. He is aware of the machine specs and can give you an accurate quote on shipping to your location. ( this is the most common method of shipping. Again we will crate the machine and load the truck free )

3. We make all the arrangements for you. And you pay us for the shipping. ( This is the least preferred method of shipping and if this method is chosen we will charge a 90 dollar handling fee for this service on top of the shipping fee.)
